We are pleased to announce that, with the support of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department's Intangible Cultural Heritage Funding Scheme, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Office will present the ICH Mobile Centre for the 2025-27 school years. This initiative is organized by the Hong Kong Resource Centre for Heritage (HKRCH).
ICH encompasses diverse cultural traditions found in our daily lives, including language, music, performing arts, and knowledge related to nature and the universe, festive events, customs, and craftsmanship.

The Mobile ICH is equipped with exhibitions, interactive devices, and facilities, along with a series of educational activities such as the “ICH Stage,” “ICH Workshop,” and “ICH Talk.” These activities are designed to enhance students’ understanding of ICH in an engaging and interactive manner, fostering an appreciation for cultural heritage. Additionally, a teaching and learning kit themed around the strategies used in this school programme will be provided, with the aim of providing teachers with ICH teaching and learning support for the sustainable development of ICH education.

The first round of the “Mobile ICH” school programme will take place from September 2025 to July 2026, free of charge. We sincerely invite your school to join us. The application period is from 4 to 11 July 2025.   (Due to the weather conditions yesterday and today (10 and 11 July), the enrolment deadline of the first round of the "Mobile ICH" school programme will be extended to the next working day, i.e. 14 July (by 11:59 PM).)
